1. 05:10 - Williams Landing : Williams Landing Station (Pick-up point at Altair Street Bus Stop No. 5 – Route 153, near the roundabout).
2. 05:15 - Glen Waverley : Glen Waverley Station (Bus Interchange – Railway Parade North, Bus Stop No. 11).
3. 05:35 - Highpoint Shopping Centre : Bus Stop Bay 8 (Entry via Rosamond Rd near terminal access).
4. 05:35 - Box Hill : 913 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill (Opposite Chemist Warehouse).
5. 06:00 - Melbourne CBD : 355 Russell Street (In front of Old Melbourne Gaol).
6. 06:20 - Coburg : 411–413 Sydney Road, Coburg (In front of Chemist Warehouse).

⚠️ Special Note (Williams Landing & Highpoint) : When only one main coach is operating, these pick-up points will be serviced by a private shuttle or van, which will transfer you to meet the main coach at our Melbourne CBD stop. On return, you will disembark at the Coburg drop-off point and be transferred via private shuttle back to your original morning pick-up location. This ensures a smooth and efficient journey. Our team will guide you through the transfer on the day.

05:10 – 06:20 | Morning Pick-up Session

1. Pick-ups commence across designated locations. The vehicle will leave exactly on time!

08:30 | Ski Hire Stop at Alzburg Resort

1. We will make a stop at a local ski hire for those who need to rent equipment (jackets, pants, boots, snowboards, etc.) for a fun day in the snow.

10:30 | Arrive at Mount Buller

1. Arrive at Mt Buller Skating Rink Coach Car Park No (3). Enjoy your free time to ski, snowboard, or simply play in the snow and take in the alpine views.

16:00 | Return Journey Begins

1. Proceed back to the coach and depart for Alzburg Resort.

17:00 | Ski Hire Return

1. Short stop to return your hired ski equipment at Alzburg.

19:45 – 21:00 | Drop-off Session

1. Drop-offs commence in the following order: Coburg (19:45), Melbourne CBD (20:00), Highpoint & Box Hill (20:35), and Williams Landing & Glen Waverley (21:00).

1. Children Policy : Infants (0-2 years) are free if not occupying a seat (must sit in parent's/carer's lap at their own risk). If a separate seat is required, the child fare applies.
2. Minimum Departure : This tour is based on a minimum of 2 adult departures. A group discount is available if you book for a minimum of 20 people.
3. Special Pick-up : If your pick-up location is not on the list, please choose the nearest location or contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrange a special pick-up at an additional cost.

Q: Does the tour price include ski equipment rental or lunch?

A: No, the price covers your round-trip SIC transportation. You can rent your ski equipment during our morning stop at Alzburg Resort. We also offer a prepaid lunch voucher as an optional add-on to help you avoid restaurant queues.

Q: Can I request a specific seat on the bus?

A: Yes! Upgrades to front-row seats are available for an additional fee. This is highly recommended for guests who experience motion sickness.

Q: What if I miss the bus at my pick-up point?

A: Please ensure you wait outside at your meeting point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. The vehicle operates on a strict schedule and will leave on time.
