- 05:10 - Pick up at Williams Landing Station (pick up point at Altair Street Bus Stop No. 5 – Route 153 (near roundabout).
- 05:15 - Pick up at Glen Waverly (pick up point at Bus Interchange @ Glen Waverley Station – Railway Parade North, Bus Stop No. 11).
- 05:35 - Pick up at Highpoint Shopping Centre 8 (pick up point at Bus Stop Bay 8 – Entry via Rosamond Rd (near terminal access).
- 05:35 - Pick up at Box Hil (pick up point at 913 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill – Opposite Chemist Warehouse).
- 06:00 - Pick up at Melbourne CBD (pick up point at 355 Russell Street – In front of Old Melbourne Gaol).
- 06:20 - Pick up at Coburg (pick up point at 411–413 Sydney Road, Coburg – In front of Chemist Warehouse).
- 08:30 - Stop at Alzburg Resort – Ski Hire Stop.
- 10:30 - Arrive at Mt Buller Skating Rink Coach Car Park No (3).
- 16:00 - Proceed to Alzburg.
- 17:00 - Return the ski hire at Alzburg.
- 19:45 - Drop off at Coburg.
- 20:00 - Drop off at CBD.
- 20:35 - Drop off at Highpoint.
- 20:35 - Drop off at Box Hill.
- 21:00 - Drop off at Williams Landing.

For guest boarding at Williams Landing or Highpoint, please note : When only one main coach is operating, these pick-up points will be serviced by a private shuttle or van, which will transfer you to meet the main coach at our Melbourne CBD stop. On return, you’ll disembark at the Coburg drop-off point and be transferred via private shuttle back to your original morning pick-up location (Williams Landing or Highpoint). This ensures a smooth and efficient journey, even when coach capacity is consolidated. Our team will guide you through the transfer on the day.
