4. 08:00 - Warragul : Warragul Station (V/Line Bus Stop).
5. 08:30 - Moe : Moe Station (V/Line Bus Stop) — Includes a quick toilet stop.

Evening Drop-off :

1. 16:15 - Moe : Moe Station.
2. 16:45 - Warragul : Warragul Station.
3. 17:45 - Narre Warren : Fountain Gate Bus Terminal.
4. 18:15 - Melbourne CBD : Federation Square Day Tour Centre.
5. 18:45 - Williams Landing : Williams Landing Station.

1. Board our comfortable coach at your chosen location. Sit back and relax as we head east towards the beautiful Gippsland region.

08:30 | Toilet & Rest Stop

1. A brief comfort stop at Moe Station before we start the mountain ascent.

09:15 | Erica Recreation Reserve Stop

1. Passing through Station St, Erica.
2. Note : We will also make a dedicated stop at a local ski hire shop for those who need to rent snow equipment or clothing for the day.

10:00 | Arrive at Mt Baw Baw Village

1. Arrive at the Mt Baw Baw Village Bus Parking. Enjoy 5 hours of free time to build snowmen, enjoy a toboggan ride, or hit the ski runs!

15:00 | Depart Mt Baw Baw

1. Gather back at the bus parking area to begin our descent and journey home.

15:45 | Erica Recreation Reserve Stop

1. Brief stop at Station St, Erica on the way down.

16:15 – 18:45 | Return Drop-offs

1. Passengers will be dropped off at their respective locations, concluding a fantastic day in the snow.

1. Departure Requirement : This tour requires a minimum of 4 adults to run. (Group discounts available for 20+ people).
2. Children : Infants (0-2) travel free on a parent's lap at their own risk. If a separate seat is required, the child fare applies.
3. Custom Pick-ups : If your location isn't listed, contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrange a special pick-up (additional costs apply).

Q : Do I need to bring my own snow clothes?

A : You can bring your own waterproof clothing, or you can pre-book winter clothing hire through us. We also make a stop at a local ski hire shop on the way up the mountain.

Q : Are ski lift passes and lessons included in the price?

A : No, the tour price covers your round-trip transportation. However, ski lift passes, ski lessons, and gear hire can be pre-booked with us to save time.

Q : What if I get car sick easily?

A : The road up to Mt Baw Baw is winding. We highly recommend purchasing our Front Row Seat Upgrade and taking motion sickness medication before the trip.
